AT FAITH KIDS

We believe children can make a difference for the Kingdom of God at any age. Each November, we celebrate Kingdom Kids Month, our largest giving month for BGMC (Boys & Girls Missionary Challenge), where kids learn that generosity, service, and prayer can have a powerful impact on the world around them.

Throughout the month, each week focuses on a different way to love others, helping children grow in knowing God, caring for others, praying, giving, and sharing the hope of Jesus. Our goal is twofold: to reach children around the world with God’s love and to cultivate hearts of compassion in every child.

Through Kingdom Kids, children experience firsthand how their actions and gifts contribute to the larger mission of Kingdom Builders, Faith Church’s initiative to reach our city and the world through outreach, evangelism, and church planting.

WEEK ONE | LOVE OUR CITY

We want children to see that they can make a difference in their own neighborhoods. Our Love Our City focus helps kids understand how to bring the hope of Jesus to their community. Through Kingdom Kids, we partner with local organizations and leaders to meet practical needs, strengthen families, and invest in the next generation. Your generosity and willingness to serve allow us to support foster and orphan care ministries, local schools, mentoring programs, single parents, the elderly, and disaster relief efforts. From food drives and clothing distributions to hands-on community service, kids learn that acts of kindness and service are powerful ways to show God’s love. We also encourage children to see their everyday actions as opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus, at school, at home, and in their neighborhoods. Every kind word, every helpful action, and every moment spent loving others helps shine God’s light into the world. Together, we are showing children that loving their city is more than a lesson, it’s a way to live out their faith.

WEEK TWO | LOVE OUR CHURCH

Through Love Our Church, Kingdom Kids shows children how supporting the local church helps people encounter Jesus every day. Kids learn that when they give, they are helping to expand and maintain campuses, plant new churches, and care for those who are hurting in their communities. Every new campus, every church plant, and every improvement to a current campus creates space for people to find hope, healing, and a spiritual family. Children see firsthand that their gifts make a difference: from keeping ministries running smoothly to creating welcoming spaces for families and kids who are searching for God. Our focus isn’t on buildings or recognition; it’s on creating opportunities for everyone to experience Jesus’ love. Through Kingdom Builders, children learn that their prayers, their acts of service, and even their giving can help build the Church for today and for future generations. Together, we are teaching kids that they can be part of something bigger than themselves: helping people encounter Jesus and grow in faith.

WEEK THREE | LOVE OUR WORLD

Kingdom Kids teaches children that God’s love isn’t just for people in our city—it’s for everyone, everywhere. Through Love Our World, kids learn how Kingdom Builders supports missionaries around the globe who are spreading the hope of Jesus. Because of your generosity, we provide resources to help missionaries meet practical needs, plant churches, train leaders, and share the Gospel in communities far from home. Kids can see how giving, praying, and serving can make a real difference for people they may never meet in person. In addition, Faith Church regularly sends Global Missions Teams who serve alongside missionaries, bringing hope to new cultures and communities. These trips not only impact the lives of those served but also help children and families understand that God calls all of us to participate in His work. Through Kingdom Builders, your kids learn that even small acts of generosity can help change lives, build churches, and advance God’s Kingdom around the world.

Got Questions About Kingdom Kids?

Parents can talk with their campus Faith Kids team for resources, updates, and ways to support Kingdom Kids throughout November. You can also visit faithishere.org/kingdombuilders to learn more about the global and local projects your family is helping make possible.

Kingdom Kids is part of Faith Church’s larger Kingdom Builders initiative—a strategic giving effort focused on reaching our city and world through outreach, evangelism, and church planting. Kingdom Kids allows children to actively participate in that mission by supporting missionaries and ministries through BGMC.

Not at all. BGMC is about helping kids understand God’s mission and how they can be part of it through prayer, compassion, and generosity. Giving is one way to express their faith, but the heart behind BGMC is discipleship—teaching kids to live like Jesus and love others well.

Yes! Setting a goal helps motivate kids and gives them a sense of accomplishment as they watch their giving grow. Celebrate their progress in fun ways—whether that’s a small reward, sharing their story in class, or simply recognizing their heart to give.

Absolutely! While BGMC is led by kids, adults are encouraged to participate by giving, praying, and modeling generosity. Parents can even match what their kids raise or make it a family project to serve and give together. Kingdom Builders month is a great opportunity for the whole family to make an eternal impact.

Every dollar given helps meet needs around the world. This year, we’re focusing on three major projects:

Live Dead: Planting churches among unreached people groups.

Project Rescue: Rescuing and restoring women and children from trafficking.

WorldServe International: Providing clean water, sanitation, and education in Africa.
These projects allow kids to see the real difference their generosity can make for people across the globe.

Kids can bring their BGMC offerings to church each Sunday in November during their Faith Kids service. On November 16, children will turn in all the money they’ve collected throughout the month during a special Giving Celebration! Families can also give online at faithishere.org/give by choosing their campus, selecting “Kingdom Builders” as the subfund, and writing “BGMC” in the memo line.

Kingdom Kids runs every Sunday in November during Faith Kids services at all campuses. Each week has a special theme—Love Our City, Love Our Church, Love Our World, and Giving Celebration—that helps children learn practical ways to love others and be part of God’s mission.

BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge) is the missions program for kids in the Assemblies of God. It helps children develop a heart of compassion for the world by teaching them to pray for missionaries, give sacrificially, and reach the lost in their own communities. All funds raised through BGMC go directly toward meeting critical needs around the world—like clean water, food, education, and spreading the love of Jesus.

Kingdom Kids is a special Faith Kids initiative that happens every November as part of our church-wide Kingdom Builders focus. During this month, children learn how they can make a difference for the Kingdom of God by praying, giving, and serving others through Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge (BGMC).
