Nicaragua Missions Trip FAQ

In order to secure a student’s spot, the deposit of $200 must be paid online by clicking THIS link and the student application packet must be turned in to your student youth pastor to secure your spot! 

Yes!

Feeding distributions,  garbage dump ministry, widows, kids, 1-2 day camps (different groups), 2-3 church services.

We will have multiple of our campus youth pastors on the trip. These individuals include: 
  Summerville Youth Pastor, Marissa Monroe
  Ridgeville Youth Pastor, Rob Constatin
  Moncks Corner Youth Pastor, Bobbi Chase

It DOES NOT!  If you do not have a passport, please get on ASAP. Students must have their passports by the end of March! We will need a copy of their passport so we can give the airlines their correct information. 

A t-shirt, one checked 50 lb bag, airfare, lodging, all meals, and additional transportation for the duration of the trip. The fee does not include souvenir money or airport/gas station food. 

All students going on the trip will receive a packing list at one of our monthly trainings prior to the trip.  

Yes; however, students will commit to a phone policy which indicates during the trip they are only allowed to be on their phone during designated check in times each day to simply call home! 

Students may use one of the youth pastors phone on the trip to briefly contact home. 

If your student gets sick, we will have some basic medications with us and there will always be an extra, empty vehicle for emergencies. The bilingual driver, and a leader or Pastor will go with your student to the hospital. 

In all missions trips, we have yet to have any situation that requires us to send a student back to the states; however, if that issue arises we will swiftly coordinate with the parent or legal guardian how to safely get their student back to the states with a designated youth pastor. If an emergency arises in Nicaragua, the parent will be notified immediately. If an emergency arises back in the states that requires a student to be sent home, parents should immediately contact the designated youth pastor so they can best handle the coordination that will need to take place.

YES! These meetings are crucial to each student as we learn our ministry programs, go over country guidelines, airport procedures, collect necessary information and continued payments at each session, and ensure that your student is as ready for the mission. Your student may be excused from a training day if there is sudden illness, a family emergency, or a prior vacation planned.

Daytona Missions Trip FAQ

No. This trip is for current 6th–8th graders only.

The Daytona Dream Center exists to serve their city and inspire life transformation by putting God’s love into action. They aim to create a healthy and flourishing community by providing opportunities and personal development for people in need. They partner with local organizations to invest in those who call this city home.

We will have multiple campus youth pastors and leaders attending the trip, including:

Walterboro Youth Pastor: Nolan Thomas

Summerville Youth Pastor: Shaatir Monroe

Summerville Intern: Lexi Fountain

The cost includes hotel accommodations, meals (lunch and dinner, with breakfast provided at the hotel), transportation, and a fun day activity.
Students may want to bring extra money for meals during travel days and any additional personal spending.

All students will receive a packing list at one of the monthly training sessions prior to the trip.

Yes. However, students must follow our trip phone policy, which allows phone use only during designated check-in times each day for calling home.

Students without a phone may use one of the youth pastors’ phones during the designated contact time to briefly call home.

Yes. These meetings are essential for preparing students. We will review ministry programs, trip guidelines, travel procedures, and collect required information and payments.
Students may be excused from a session only for illness, a family emergency, or a pre-planned vacation.

Each student may bring one suitcase or duffel bag and one backpack.

Charleston Missions Trip FAQ

Dates: July 14–18

Drop-off: Tuesday at 9 AM at the Revive Campus

Pick-up: Saturday at 5 PM at the Revive Campus

This trip is open to current middle school and high school students.

Students will serve the Charleston community by:

Walking neighborhoods to pray for residents 

Handing out flyers for Revive’s weekly services

Serving at Shepherd’s Table

Assisting in ReGen programs

Helping organize food banks

Participating in Adopt a Block

Inviting the community to the Trunk Event at Faith Revive

Assisting with the Revive Truck on Saturday

Meals (plus one night out for dinner)

Overnight stay at the campus

Use of the shower trailer

Ministry supplies for the week

Fun day at the waterpark (bring $20 for lunch)

6 comfortable outfits for hot weather

4 pairs of pajamas

6 pairs of socks and extra undergarments

Toiletries and sunscreen

Personal neck fan and water bottle

Blanket, pillow, and sleeping bag

Any necessary medications

2 pairs of shoes and shower shoes

Bible and notebook

Snacks and bug spray

Small backpack

Bathing suit (one-piece for girls) and flip-flops
