HOW DO I COMPLETE REGISTRATION?

A completed registration includes submitting a registration through Jotform, registered and paid Transportation Fee, a signed liability form (download, print, and return it to your local student pastor by June 22), and parent/guardian signed up for Text Updates.

Important: A separate registration form is required for each student. Registration is non-refundable.

Registration for camp is officially closed.

TRANSPORTATION FEE

Pay the transportation fee for your student’s trip to Possum Kingdom using a debit or credit card.

LIABILITY FORMS

Download the student liability forms below. A parent or guardian must sign them. Submit it by June 22 via email to your local student pastor (find contact info below) or have your student bring it to Camp Drop Off on July 7th.

Completion of both liability forms is required prior to leaving for camp.

BEFORE MONDAY, JULY 7 CHECK-IN

Make sure you’ve completed: 
  • $20 Transportation Fee (bring exact cash or pay via QR code at check-in)
  • Liability Form
  • Blob/Zipline Waiver
  • Signed Up for Parent Text Updates
  • Email forms to: carole@faithishere.org or bring them to check-in! We’ll have extra copies available.

LUGGAGE GUIDELINES

Choose ONE of the following:
1 large suitcase (must fit blankets & twin sheets) + backpack
OR 1 medium suitcase + trash bag (for sleeping bag & pillow) 
 📌 Label trash bags with blue painter’s tape & student’s name!
🎒 Backpacks and pillows will ride with your student on the bus.

Student Check-In:
Arrive Monday, July 7 at 8:00 AM
Faith Summerville Campus (337 Farmington Rd, Summerville SC 29486)
Buses leave for River Oaks Retreat at 10:00 AM sharp!
Return:
Friday, July 11 at 1:00 PM
Back at Summerville Campus

MEDICATIONS

Drop off your student's medication with Nurse Mary at check-in on Monday morning:
  • In orignal containers
  • Exact amount for the week
  • Include written instructions (med name, dosage, frequency)
  • Place all in a ziplock bag

FAQs

Camp will be held at River Oaks Retreat in Honea Path, SC, a safe and exciting venue designed for an unforgettable experience.

Camp will take place Monday, July 7th to Friday, July 11th. Make sure to mark your calendars!

Modest Attire:
T-shirts and shorts are acceptable. 
No tank tops or midriffs permitted. 
Shorts must be “finger tip” length from the knee. 
If you are not appropriately dressed, you will be sent back to your room to change. All attire must be modest. 
Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.

Extra Clothing:
  • Clothes that can get dirty. Some games can get messy.
  • Modest One-Piece Swimsuits (Girls) and Long Short Style Swimsuits (Boys) 
  • Sleeping Bag or sheets
  • Blankets and pillow for a full size bunk bed
  • Towels
  • Flashlight
  • Bible & Notebook

Personal Care Items: 
  • Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.
  • Spending Money
  • Rain Gear
  • Sneakers
  • Bug Spray

  • Electronic Games
  • Firearms / Fireworks
  • Tobacco
  • Cell Phones - If you choose to send your student with a phone, they must be put away during activities and services. If it is lost, stolen, or broken, all responsibility is placed on the owner of the device. River Oaks and SC Assemblies of God are not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Yes! If you are graduating in spring of 2025, you are still welcome to attend camp.

To encourage engagement and focus during services and free time, cell phones are not permitted outside of student cabins. We want students to fully engage without distractions!

Our Cafeteria Team will serve meals designed to keep students energized throughout the day. Meals will include breakfast, lunch and dinner. Evening Rec time also features a snack shop which will be open during free time and late at night for campers to purchase snacks and refreshments.

We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Please indicate any allergies or dietary needs during the registration process, and our camp staff will make accommodations.

Campers will be sleeping in cabins. Each camper will be assigned to a designated sleeping areas that are gender-speicifc, with leaders from their Student campus.
