Frequently Asked Questions
How can I help my child grow in their relationship with Jesus at home?
Start by creating regular rhythms of faith in your home—praying together, reading the Bible, and talking about what God is doing in your lives. Even simple, consistent habits help lay a strong foundation. Don’t worry about perfection—just be intentional and present.
What if I’m a new believer and don’t feel confident teaching my kids about faith?
You don’t have to have all the answers. Invite your child into your own faith journey. Learn together. Be honest, ask questions, and model what it looks like to pursue Jesus daily. God honors a heart that seeks Him, even in the small things. We invite you to Growth Track that happens at every campus on Sundays, and encourage you to reach out to your local Faith Kids Director or Faith Kids Pastor.
I’m a single parent—how can I do this well on my own?
You’re not alone. God promises to be your strength and provider. Lean on your church community, ask for help when needed, and give yourself grace. Your faithful presence and love are more powerful than you know.
How can I support my adopted or foster child spiritually and emotionally?
Make sure they know they are fully loved and fully chosen—by your family and by God. Be patient, consistent, and speak identity and truth into their hearts. The gospel is a story of adoption into God’s family, which gives you a powerful foundation.
How do I create a Christ-centered home with a busy schedule?
Look for natural moments throughout the day—meals, car rides, bedtime—to talk about God and pray together. It’s less about adding more to your schedule and more about inviting Jesus into what’s already there.
What role does prayer play in parenting?
Prayer is vital. Pray for your child and with your child. Ask God daily for wisdom, patience, and strength. Through prayer, we invite the Holy Spirit to shape our parenting and our children’s hearts.
How can our family get involved with Faith Church?
There are many ways to stay connected:

We have a ministry designed specifically for young adults ages 18 to 29. It’s a great next step for high school seniors transitioning into college, the workforce, or life after graduation. Young adults will find encouragement through small groups meeting throughout the week across our nine campuses, as well as our quarterly gatherings called Together Nights.
