Yes. A valid passport is required for all international mission trips. Please note that the trip fees do NOT cover the cost of a passport. If you do not have a passport, please get one ASAP. 

Absolutely. Students will be accompanied by trained leaders and pastors throughout the entire trip.

A t-shirt, one checked 50 lb bag, airfare, lodging, all meals, and additional transportation for the duration of the trip. The fee does not include souvenir money or airport/gas station food.

If your student gets sick, we will have some basic medications with us and there will always be an extra, empty vehicle for emergencies. The bilingual driver, and a leader or Pastor will go with your student to the hospital.

In all mission trips, we have yet to have any situation that requires us to send a student back to the states; however, if that issue arises, we will swiftly coordinate with the parent or legal guardian on how to safely get their student back to the states with a designated youth pastor.

If an emergency arises in Nicaragua, the parent will be notified immediately. If an emergency arises back in the states that requires a student to be sent home, parents should immediately contact the designated youth pastor so they can best handle the coordination that will need to take place.
